Discover Weston
The Village of Weston is located in northwest Ohio (Wood County). It covers 1.1 square miles and is currently home to roughly 1,455 residents who enjoy small town life. In 1833, Ralph Keeler settled in Weston and was followed by Thomas Taylor in 1834. In 1854, they merged what they had called "Keeler's Prarie" and "Taylortown" to form the Village of Weston. It was first incorporated in 1874. For more history and information on our quaint little town, please visit the Weston Public Library. You can also check out the historical photos on their Facebook page by clicking the Historical Photos link below.
Although the Village newsletter will continue to be distributed, it will now be provided as a monthly digital newsletter. Newsletters will no longer be mailed bi-annually; however, printed copies will be posted locally. Residents may opt in to receive the digital newsletter by emailing info@westonohio.org with the subject line “Mailing List.” Those who would like a newsletter mailed to them must also opt in by emailing info@westonohio.org and indicating they wish to receive a mailed copy.
