Fiscal Officer
Stephanie Monts
As Fiscal Officer, Stephanie oversees the Village’s finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. She ensures proper management of revenue and expenditures, maintains compliance with state and local regulations, and provides financial guidance to support the Village Council’s decisions.

Village Clerk
Anette Davis
As Village Clerk, Anette provides administrative, clerical, and public-facing support. She serves as Clerk of Council and Records Clerk for all non-financial records, manages council meeting administration and legislative records, acts as the primary contact for residents, supports Council and committees, coordinates communications, and ensures proper organization and compliance with public records requirements.

Village Administrator
Harold Boggs
As Village Administrator, Harold manages the day-to-day operations of the Village, including public works and maintenance projects, while also exercising administrative authority. He oversees staff, coordinates municipal services, and ensures projects and policies are carried out efficiently.
